Starting something? Start here.
A free conversation about what your new business actually needs first, and in what order. No deck, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether you need an agency at all.
Why most new businesses waste their first budget
Not on bad decisions, on decisions made in the wrong order. Ads before anyone knows who you are. A logo mistaken for a brand. A website that describes the business instead of selling it. Six channels opened at once because that is what everyone else seems to be doing. The money is rarely the problem. The sequence is.
- Paying for ads before anyone has a reason to click
- A logo and a colour, and calling that a brand
- A website that lists what you do instead of why it matters
- Doing a little of everything and not enough of anything
Thirty minutes, six things.
Positioning
Who it is for, what it replaces, and why anyone would pick you over the thing they already use.
Brand foundations
The small set of decisions that make everything later cheaper: name, voice, look, and what you will never say.
The website you need first
Usually far smaller than the one you want. We work out what has to exist on day one and what can wait.
One channel, not six
Where your buyers already are, and which platforms to ignore for now without guilt.
What to spend
A realistic first-year shape for the money, including the parts where spending nothing is the right answer.
What to do yourself
Plenty of this you can do without us. We will tell you which parts, honestly, and where paying someone actually pays back.
Free means free.
If you want help afterwards, you can ask for a quote. If you do not, you keep the plan and run it yourself.
- Thirty minutes, free, no obligation
- The three things to do first, in order
- An honest answer on whether you need an agency yet
- A sense of what things should cost, so nobody can overcharge you later
- A plan you can run yourself if you want to
- A clear quote, only if you ask for one
A fit if you are
- Pre-launch, or inside your first year of trading
- Solo founders and small teams doing everything themselves
- Anyone who has been quoted fifteen thousand for a website and cannot tell if that is fair
- People with a real product and no idea how to make anyone care
Pick a time
Thirty minutes on the calendar. Send anything you already have and we will look first.
We go through it
Positioning, what to build, what to spend, and what to leave alone for now.
You choose
Run the plan yourself, or ask for a quote. No follow-up pressure either way.
Actually free. Plenty of these conversations end with us telling someone they do not need an agency yet, and what to do instead. That is a good outcome. If you do want help afterwards you can ask for a quote, and if you do not, nothing happens.
No. An idea and a rough sense of who it is for is enough. If you already have a name, a site or a deck, send them over and we will look before we talk. If you have nothing yet, that is genuinely fine and sometimes easier.
Then you should not hire one yet, and we will say so. The advice on the call is yours to keep and act on. Most early-stage businesses are better off spending their first money on the product and doing the marketing themselves for a while, with a clear plan.
